The IVVCC have decided to run a pre-war Rally on the 14th, 15th and 16th August, for cars up to 1939. The event will be based in the Killeshin Hotel, Portlaoise, Co. Laois.

The running of this event will be subject to Government health guidlines on COVID-19. The number of entries will be limited to 50.

We plan on starting on Friday 14th with lunch in Portlaoise. In the afternoon we will drive through the very scenic Slieve Bloom area, returning to Portlaoise for dinner and complying with social distancing rules are per Government guidelines. On Saturday morning we will be driving through Laois, stopping for lunch along the way and continuing our drive in the afternoon.

All drives will be run with timed regularity sections. Saturday evening will finish with dinner and prizegiving for the regularity sections.

The entry fee details have been divided, giving entrants various options for participating in the event in a way that they feel comfortable. This event will be a test as to how events will be run during the current situation and we hope you will come to support and enjoy it. More timing details will follow in due course.
