We are delighted to announce that, once again, the IVVCC and the UVCC are arranging a cross-border event for pre-1939 cars and T Type MGs, which are part of pre-war design, similar to our very successful event in 2024. The intention of the organisers is to have 25 UVCC cars and 25 IVVCC cars on this very special event, and the route is focusing on the north west border area. Once again, the event is being organised by Terence Bradley (UVCC) and Declan Grogan (IVVCC) who will provide well-constructed route books, making it an enjoyable event for all.

DATES:
From Friday, 17th April to Sunday, 19th April 2026 we will be in the Sligo Park Hotel, Pearse Road, Cornageeha, Sligo, F91 Y762.

FRIDAY, 17TH APRIL
The event will commence at 12 noon at the Train Station in Belturbet, Co. Cavan and will include a light lunch, before departing on a scenic route to arrive at Sligo Park Hotel by 5.00pm.
Following check-in at the Sligo Park Hotel, entrants can make their own arrangements for dinner on Friday evening.

SATURDAY, 18TH APRIL
Following a hearty breakfast, we will depart the Sligo Park at 9.30am, and take another scenic route, to include Counties Sligo and Fermanagh arriving in Florence Court Estate, Enniskillen for lunch and then continue our route to the Sligo Park for our Drinks Reception and Dinner and Prizegiving. Over the two-day event, there will be a number of regularity sections included on the routes.

SUNDAY, 19th APRIL
We will be homeward bound, following breakfast and check-out on Sunday morning.
The price for the event will be €680 based on two people sharing a twin/double room which includes event entry, lunch on Friday and
Saturday, bed/breakfast on Friday and bed/breakfast, Drinks Reception and Dinner on Saturday night. For Single room: Contact Declan on 087-9131337.
