VIEWING POINTS FOR CARS on SATURDAY 10th JUNE

As in previous years, spectators are welcome to come and see the cars on this year’s IVVCC Gordon Bennett International Rally. As the Saturday is the only day that all the cars can be seen, I would suggest that this is the best opportunity to see your favourite automobiles.

Basically there will be two routes, one group of cars heading east and the other heading west out of Tullow between 9.30am and 10.30am, on Saturday morning, and returning through Tullow between 4.00pm and 5.00pm in the afternoon.

The first route will be through Rathoe, Milford Bridge, Graigcullen Carlow, Knockbeg, Stradbally, Vickerstown, Moat of Ardscull, Baltinglass and Ballymurphy and the second route will be contrariwise in the period 9.50am and 16.45pm.

We ask spectators to please park your own car safely and not in a position that may cause difficulties for other road users. We also ask spectators to be mindful of the pace of these historic cars and to avoid causing obstruction on the designated routes. Many thanks and enjoy the day.
