BRASS BRIGADE Entry 2025


The IVVCC is pleased to announce details of the 10th Brass Brigade Run for veteran car owners with historic cars pre-1919. We are very pleased that Shane Houlihan the original organiser of the first, and a number of subsequent Brass Brigade events, has agreed, once again, to be Clerk of the Course for our 2025 event. Shane has designed a very special event which should appeal to all brass car owners and early entry is advisable.

This year’s event will be held on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th October in the very popular Park Hotel, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. A very reasonable entry fee for our 2025 event has been negotiated for this special anniversary event, €100 per person based on two people sharing (total: €200). The entry fee includes dinner on Saturday evening, bed and breakfast, route book, and commemorative car number plate, with coffee stop on the Sunday run and a farewell set lunch on Sunday afternoon in the Park Hotel.

With the extreme good value that this represents we are limiting the event to 50 cars and to the first 50 entries received by Friday, 2nd May 2025. It would be great to see you in Dungarvan with your brass car.

EARLY REGISTRATION IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED AS WE ONLY HAVE 50 ROOMS AVAILABLE IN OUR ALLOCATION AND WE WILL ONLY ACCEPT 50 CARS.

Members and Affiliate Members in the nearby counties may join the event on Sunday morning, registering between 8.30am and 9.30am, at a cost of €75 for driver and 1 passenger. Additional passengers will be €35 per person, to include event entry, coffee break on the route and lunch at the Park Hotel.

IMPORTANT: This Run is a pre-registration event only and it will not be possible to enter on the day.

THE START: Registration is open from 4pm to 5pm on Saturday afternoon in the hotel lobby and on Sunday morning from 8.30am to 9am.

THE CLASSES: Only Veteran Cars (pre-1919 are eligible to enter).
