Neither the submission of any vehicle for Scrutiny by the Scrutineers duly appointed by the Irish Veteran and Vintage Car Club Ltd (hereinafter called the Club) nor its consequent acceptance for the participation in any event under the direction or control of the Club in a public place shall be deemed to be a warranty by the Club, or its duly appointed Scrutineers, as to the mechanical condition of the said vehicle or its suitability to participate in such event, nor shall any liability attach to the Club or said Scrutineers howsoever arising in connection with the same and submission of this entry form shall be deemed to be acknowledgement of acceptance of this condition. The driver of each vehicle is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle complies in full with the requirements of the Road Traffic Acts while in a public place.
